Retort cast polypropylene film (CPP)

Retort grade cast polypropylene film built for hot-fill and retort processing, where the pack must survive steam treatment without delaminating or distorting.

The film retains its shape through the retort cycle and resists boiling water, which is why it is used for ready meals, soups and wet pet food instead of PET. Available in clear, white and metallised grades with matched sealing window for automatic form-fill-seal lines. Sold to retort converters and food packagers.
